Born in Mantua on 12 November 1966, she is an entrepreneur and the chairman of Novellini S.p.A.
Together with her brother, Marco, she represents the second generation of the entrepreneurial family.
After attending vocational business school, she began her professional career by working in various parts of the family business where, in addition to refining her administrative and financial business skills, she gained organisational and management experience.
The Linguistic Mediation degree she was awarded in 2007 and her passion for training and interpersonal relationship skills have allowed her to develop her communication and team building abilities as well as her human resource management skills.
Since 2013, after the untimely death of her father and the founder of the family business, she took the helm of the Novellini Group, together with her brother, Marco, and assumed direct responsibility for the Administration, Finance, Control, Human Resources and Information Technology areas.
Being very aware of corporate sustainability issues, environmental protection and supporting the region’s cultural initiatives, she actively participates in the EuGenio corporate network for work-life balance.
Barbara Novellini is focused on the concept of the Person, understood not only as an individual in their own right, but also as a member of a family, which is a community’s or a region’s greatest social and economic value.
