Born in Pontedera (PI) in 1958, he is married and has a 30-year old daughter. He has been a director at Novellini SpA since October 2014.
A Graduate in Physics from Oxford University, he has experience working in international banks, such as the Bank of America, CIBC and Salomon Brothers, as well as Italian banks, dealing with export credits, financing infrastructure projects, derivatives on financial exchange and interest rates, corporate finance and retail banking.
Subsequently, he held executive positions in industrial companies in various sectors including textiles and IT.
Leveraging his depth of financial and industrial experience, in recent years he has held managerial and administrative positions in several companies engaged in restructuring and relaunching projects.
Among his various other responsibilities, he holds directorships in Notorious Pictures SpA, a film production and distribution company that also manages cinemas, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, and Finint SGR SpA, an asset management company in the Banca Finint Group.
