Born in Mantua on 8 April 1974, he is an entrepreneur and the CEO of Novellini S.p.A..
Together with his sister, Barbara, he represents the second generation of the Novellini Group.
After attending vocational industrial school, he studied at the Politecnico di Milano and obtained a degree in Architecture and Industrial Design.
He began his professional career by working in various parts of the family business where, in addition to refining his planning and design skills, he gained experience in supply chain organisation and, thanks to experience gained overseas, he developed his sales and management abilities.
Since 2013, after the untimely death of his father and the founder of the family business, he took the helm of the Novellini Group, together with his sister, and assumed the role of CEO with direct mandates over the Research and Development, Production and Sales areas.
Passionate about design and developing innovative products, in the last ten years he has been - together with the Research and Development team and designers with whom he has a direct relationship - the driver and the promoter of the update to the Novellini catalogue and the repositioning of the brand.
Marco Novellini, whilst involved in research and design, is also focused on the concept of the Person and the Family, understood as the ultimate decision-makers and consumers of the Novellini offer.
