Fabio Ambrosiani has experience in providing legal advice to large companies and national and international groups operating in the industrial sector and services both in Italy and abroad. Specifically, he assists these clients on numerous legal and corporate issues relating to their business and to M&A operations, as well as on the subjects of governance and/or compliance.
In the last 15 years, in addition to civil and commercial law matters, he has also had the opportunity to deepen his experience and understanding of the significance of governance for complex companies, as well as their relative Organisation Model, including those models referred to in Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. He has managed numerous risk assessment projects and has prepared and implemented organisational 231 Models for companies belonging to leading industrial and international groups, as well as designing the governance model relating to, primarily, HSE aspects.
He also sits, as President or a member, on Supervisory Bodies for various large Italian companies, including branches of non-Italian multinationals, which operate in the most varied product sectors.
He has been a guest speaker at conferences on business network contracts, university Master’s degrees (in collaboration with the University of Verona), seminars, conventions and workshops on corporate law and governance (in collaboration with the Masters of Sole 24Ore) and the administrative liability of entities.
